What it has to do with onfield performance is in 2026 it doesn’t align with what a sporting club should stand for
Every year at the AGM members ask about it but nothing is done
Even getting rid of one of the four venues and doing a separation slowly
It’s a lack of forward thinking and thinking in the broad sense.
To have a “ cause” match focusing on domestic violence against women is hypocrisy at it’s highest end and to me a plain embarrassment as a supporter
And this thinking filters down to the playing group
I hope Cripps doesn’t mean it when he says we stuck fat and that’s why we beat Richmond because he clearly is not looking at the bigger picture jut like the board whether it’s pokies or onfield performance

Nah - the playing group wouldn't have a clue about gaming revenue. Maybe Juddy when he was around, but he'd turn up to training with his kit and the AFR under his arm.
