Hes not in the corporate world, hes in the football world. He doesnt wear a tie on the field, but a football jumper. You can't compare the 2. It was poor form and he will regret it, will pull his head in as hes probably pissed off channel 9. Which may mean hes lost 80K a year.
You'll need to add a zero to that figure.... and I would suggest you bring your head in from the 80s and take a look around the professional sport landscape. Footy, at that level, is business... you can't disseminate the two. Yes, there are plenty of non-PC things that go on inside footy clubs (or any type of club for that matter), but there must be consequences when these things are made public. If for no other reason than to protect the rest of those within the inner sanctum.
IN the old days, you would just bash a bloke until he got the message.... Sadly for Fev, he's going to be made a scapegoat. Maybe not this time, maybe not the next, but he'll get it in the end.

If you really want to lose a chance of a premiership in 2-3 years, then trade Fev. But, l would prefer to keep the best full forward in the game and go for a premiership. I probably wouldn't pay $550 for a membership next year if they traded fev for a crap player or draft picks though. Who would want to support a bottom 8 side again.
Heavy price to pay for his team mates.
That is true, but im just saying that i dont think he would of expected to be so drunk, and when u drunk you do things you regret. Everyones been drunk and regretted things. This is a lot worse because its in the lime light.
Could be the best thing he has ever done aswell, could you imagine if he realises he has got a problem now and doesnt drink for the rest of his career and gets help. Thats the positive l hope comes out of this.
