Hey why hasn't anyone who DOES think Ratts is the man answered Synner's question about 7 pages ago?
Please - give THREE reasons why Ratts is the man. Instead of smugly chuckling and making condescending remarks about 'Not having an idea".
I'll even add a degree of difficulty. TRY not to use the following two lines;
Ratts is young
The Team is young
The Coach can't teach skills
Collingwood's first year players last night played significant, constructive roles in their win last night.
Age is not a factor here. Teaching strategy and having your players know their role, and executing it, is.
Please give us three reasons or clear examples where Ratts has displayed he is strategically taking this team forward.
I think the idea of a thorough, Geelong-esque, football department review sounds better by the week. NOT a "We have a review every year" review, but a legitimate, no-holds-barred review where no one is safe.
It already has been answered in this and other threads. Synbad just chooses to see what he wants to see, as he does on gameday. Synbad also refuses to say who he thinks should be coach. I think the discontented have had their fair share of condescending posts just quietly, neither side are blameless
Perhaps there should be a cleanskin thread on Ratts and those who have posted a certain number of times in other threads on his ability should be excluded.
For a few of us all the arguments have been canvassed which is why the digs have become more numerous. Just like talking players the arguments wax and wane due to whether we win or lose for the most part.
