Never one for wanting to give Carlton TOOOO much credit, the Hun has again cheapened a Carlton win.
Ok, granted it's the pre-season competition - and maybe I am reading into it a little too closely... but check this:

Carlton will never get a better shot at Hawthorn, which rested nine premiership players and lost two more, Campbell Brown and Stephen Gilham, before halftime.
Full-strength? Ok, the Hawks were missing quite a few players... but now let's check this:
http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/sport/afl/story/0,26576,25124319-19742,00.htmlHawthorn has lost three more players to injuryQuote:
Carlton was missing Andrew Walker, Andrew Carrazzo, Heath Scotland, Robert Warnock, Chris Yarran, Simon Wiggins and Matthew Kreuzer.
Ahh the full strength Blues.
Just missing a couple of hacks that would struggle to make it into the side.
Arguments could be made for every one of those players being in our best 22. Some don't need arguments made at all.
I'll tell you right now, at least 5 or 6 of those guys will be a part of our next premiership squad.
But I mean hey, the headline is probably a lot more palatable for some than one like:
"Carlton, missing one thirds of their best 18 - still comfortably beats last years premiers".
Amiright?!
