I am sick of seeing Carlton fans leave games early. They are not passionate and not loyal and are probably just bandwagon supporters.
We could be 200 points down at half-time and i would still stay until the end. Why would anyone want to leave early and miss a great play from up and coming stars like Jamison and Gibbs, or a goal of the year contender from Eddie Betts?
Those who leave early obviously only care about winning and couldn't give a stuff about the development of our young players. It looks awful to see so many Carlton 'fans' leave early and those that do should be ashamed of themselves. Next time, don't even come to the games if you are going to do that.
It doesn't effect me as i catch the train and stay to the end,but Dude do you drive? I'm just asking, some of those people probably want to get out, before hitting someone who needs a flogging or have roadrage before their is a traffic jam.
Dude also this winning and development thing,it's not the same thing like back in the 40s,50s,60s,70s,80 and early 90s players play for themselves not the jumper,it's a business today, just like a job, money talks. In the end players feel they might get cut or traded one day so there is no loyalty,so money is the main reason they move to set them up for life.
There would be a few guys who bleed Carlton like Carrazoo . I'm betting you there will be players on our list who probably don't know much on our Carlton players from the past. I remember one of our best players didn't even know Jesaulenko when drafted if i'm correct.
