I know what you're saying but.....what a load of bullshit..... well....... I agree with you to a point.......

well.......Now I'm confused?
Look, at every stage we still should have won the game...... I mean we dominated the first 3/4 of the first 1/4, and what was the score at 1/4 time? 2.4 to 2.3? Then we raped them 8 goals to 0 in the 2nd....... We were belting them. Most of our players don't know what to do being in a postion like that. Old Brucey was saying it was our biggest half-time lead in any game for 7 years or something of the like!!! At Subiaco FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They were always going to come back, in some respect. There was no way the Weagles were going to come out after half time and just lay down, no matter how shit they were playing. (which, by the way, was absolute shite) We played some absolute rubbish too in parts. But we won................ by 37 points.............. at Subiaco.............. after they had closed within 7 points................ after having them 54 points down in the third 3/4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We showed some resolve and we came back and demoralized the opposition in the end. We closed the game out, and it was good-bye Weagles!!!! Pretty much all we can ask for at this stage IMHO.
Pros:
Broke that flowering interstate hoo doo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Carrots - he may not be able to kick, but flower he is strong through the hips; the guy can take on any situation. If he could kick well, his name would be C. Judd.
Bower - Love this guy! Still got a bit to go, but imagine this fella taking on the opposition from half back as part a solid team in a couple of years...... scary
Stevo - doing the job that he is best at; receiving and using the ball well. (and that is not a criticisim)
Scoto - Played the sweeper role perfectly
Browne/Gibbs/Kreuz/Murph - just so composed for 18/19 year olds....... unbelieveable really
Grigg - Especially under pressure. I kept closing my eyes, but it all worked out for him when it counted
The Wiggler - Not an absolute standout game by any means, but just so satisfyingly good when it counted
JR - Thought his first half was great, but just like for Fev, the opportunities dried up in second 1/2
Waite/Jamo/Santy - Only fell a little behind their opponents when the Weagles got their run-on. Waite was great, and no brain fades
Eddies little touches of brilliance - When this team becomes dominant look out
Young Davey Ellard being involved in a win and a goal in his first game at Subiaco
Cons:
This team gives me a flowering heart attack everytime I watch them play
Fev's stupid antics/aggression when it doesn't matter - wait until a grand final for flower sake!!!
Kennedy looking so good for them.
Not being able to deliver the killer blow, until the last 7 minutes.
