Hold firm. Do it the organic way. Unless Judd comes very cheaply. And by that I mean no loss of top players under the age of 25 and losing nothing more than the 3rd pick. Even that I don't want to lose. The money concerns me also. 1/7 of the cap taken up by one player. Not the best move.
Im just worried that we are becoming Judd obsessed. We need to be patient.
.
The Club, Icke and the Recruiters aren't Judd obsessed. The supporters on the various footy sites and the media ARE Judd obsessed.
It would be irresponsible of CFC not to put a toe in the water to enquire about his availability. The facts, figures and draft picks CFC is supposedly giving away a pure fiction and speculation, all by the people who don't know eve from adam.
We are not
giving away the house to get the backyard swimming pool so lets all calm down and wait to see what unfolds.

Sorry Cazz, but that is a very good analogy whether you realize it or not. Where there is this much smoke there is usually fire.
I am S*** scared to put it bluntly. I'm scarred that Judd has an injury that will prevent him from being anywhere near the player he was. I'm scared that other clubs with greatly benefit from a first round draft that we will no longer participate in. I’m scared that a quick fix midfield will mean that we abuse and neglect other areas and that later round draft picks will only produce virtually worthless second choice solutions. The list goes on... Just because he is Chris Judd does not mean that it is automatically worth doing exactly what caused us lots of grief in the past, only on a grander scale. I would be hugely surprised if Fev were part of any deal. We would much prefer a surer, slow death approach.
Ideally, we need to fire about five shots in two years; a trade for Judd could put it all in jeopardy.
