My lord you are clueless. Just because Lance took a large number of unconstested marks last year doesn't mean he was a loose man in defence. He played CHB nearly all year (hence considered for CHB in the All Australian team). It's because he has superior judgement and positioning and reads the play better than most that he can cut the angles and manages to get lose and get the ball. Thats a good trait not a bad one, especially when you dont have a heap of pace.
But being someone that knows f-all about football you wouldn't understand that. Did you even play football?... or are you just one of those couch commentators that watched someone toast some bread and now thinks he's a chef.
Get over yourself and try to support your players for once. You're so disrespectful to guys that have given a lot for the club. Put on a jumper and play a game of football and see how much it takes out of you, physically and mentally, and then have the nerve to speak so disrespectfully about your own. Campo was one of Carlton's all time best as well. But I guess it makes you feel big and strong to bag these greats of the club...
You just stick to softball .. or whatever theyre playing at Giants stadium right now... buy yourself a hotdog add abit of mustard... and wwhen the bloke on the loudspeaker gets you all to stand up to stretch... do as Simon says...
Leave the footy to those that understand it.
Campo an all time Great??...
what did he do when Williams.. Brown... Braddles .. Ratts and Co left???
If you can tell me how Campo was a frontliner... and demonstrate to me how Campo was a gun when he had to do it without all those blokes attractingt he attention... youll be able to demonstrate to me you know something about football.
Till then eat your pastrami sandwiches watch your Letterman.. and give the naked cowboy a tip....
