I was thinking back to 97 when we had that game against Adelaide ( you

know ... when we used to actually win matches)

Why can't we do that M and M chocolate sponsorship again?

Change the guernsey for a day and get $200,000 - i would be willing to eat more m & m's if they were willing to revisit the concept.

Maybe they can alter the concept in some small way?

Thinking outside the box, we could have organised a special one-off St Patricks day game - we could have gone green to coincide with the release of green m&m's, Aisake and Setanta could have run around in the shamroick for a day...

I'll always remember the M&Ms game fondly. I was living in Melbourne at the time, and as it was against the Crows, my grandfather's team, I called him up after attending the game to have a chin wag about the match. They were my last words with him before he passed away.

Ben Nelson may have made his debut....I know Andrew Balkwill played one of his 2 games.

Correct

and

Almost Correct

It was Balkwill's only game in Blue. Not Navy Blue of course, but Light Blue. Poor guy played for Carlton but never in the navy blue.
