What would he call it?
Voss's vigilantes
Voss's lynch mob (kind of sounds like a cool rap group)

Sorry Rod, but every coach we have appointed this century has been the incorrect one.
The players on the other hand............are all A graders.

Are you for real? No consideration for the other half who like Voss?
Why don't you start your sentence with...I think....

This is Toxic :yikes:

Quote:
He’s bringing the club further down with him (if that’s even possible) with his non selections, favouritism and punishing players he doesn’t like.

Are you for real? What a crazy, outlandish comment.

We lost our FF, Ruck and CHB in the off season, and didnt replace any of them.
We bought back our injury prone 2nd ruck to play more than the 60% GT he is capable of.

Only 7 games have been played in 2026.
We started the season with 13 out injured and lost to Swans by 63 in Sydney.
Swans beat last years Premiers by 44, then beat the AFL's Nepo baby GCS by 32, GWS by 41, Dogs by 66 points.

After our close win vs Tigers, we have led games and lost in the last by margins of 23, 10, 28, 5, 14. That is not a disgrace. That is not a team not trying.

He's picked a team, with the MC, to win this week. Lets see what happens. Like many others, i think ww can win this. That's not blind faith nor so called "Toxic Positivity".

Now, tell us about these...

Non selections? Who and why should they be selected?
Favouritism? Who and why should be ommitted?
Punishing players he doesn't like? This one is a doozie. Who doesn't he like?
Why would you say that? Any Proof?

You state things like they are facts. They are not facts. Until they are proven facts, they are merely your rumours.

Lets calm the farm, and see if the team finds the formula and get us a few wins, then try and work out why they won, and determine what gaps we need to close.

If there's proof the players have given up playing for the coach, then we will deal with that when and if that happens. Reality Trav, there's no proof players aren't playing for the coach, or that the MC has got its selections wrong, especially when we dont know about anything that goes on behind the 4 walls.

It’s not who we have or don’t have playing Bondi. It’s how we are playing, structured and setup.
You can add, we have been turned into a mental case.
Sorry.

If Mr Voss doesn’t have the Brisbane triple premiership players at his disposal he couldn’t win bingo.
It’s easy to point fingers though…..

I get that blame can be apportioned to the coach.

I get the game plan may be too taxing. I get that Voss mightn't be a great tactician.
But I can't see any player looking like they have given up on the coach, their mates, or their supporters.
I think we overrate some players in our Best 25. I'm sure I do.

Its only Game 8. So what do we do now? We look for any wins and the positive improvements in our players.
No Finals Footy. Rinse repeat.

I think Vossy has time to change people's opinion of his coaching. It could start this week.
His players may finally click in sync with his Game Plan. They seem to be getting closer to the pin in recent weeks.

No need to do your nut over Vossy. Whats done is done.

I'm not trying to point fingers, but we have to be realistic about our best 5 compared best teams, then the next 5. Believe me, we don't fair than well.
Our bottom 6 probably are making up numbers. It could be worse than that. I think if we project to 2028, it could be worse for current players.

We will turnover 8-10 this year, and another 5-6 next year. That's 15 new players we will be adding too improve.
Some players have Austin's finger pointing at them.

I think the next coach may also be on the sidelines with their wish list, and pointing his finger IMHO.

Most guys, as I still feel deep down there are a couple of seniors who are just going, are busting a gut and in the last month, yet we still have no wins. What’s worse, they are losing the same way, every week. They cannot compete with what they are told to execute and other teams are just saving energy to run over us in the 2nd half. I don’t know how many times we can see us setup and structure badly.

Also, look how tall we are again this week. IMO, we are one too many talls and will run out of gas again! Bet on it.

That isn’t the players. We have changed zilch to try and help ourselves. That’s coaching.
