Agree Pies and several other club have a great culture, team elements that allow such diligent list management. There are multifaceted reasons for all our woes. These have evolved over the last 3 decades it will take an operator with integrity , determination to do what’s best for the club and gradually begin reshaping our path forward positively, we’re a mighty long way back to a modern football operation. Let’s hope Graham Wright is the one
Why is it always one person, new to the club who will be the one?
One player, one coach, one administrator, one board member...... can we move on. There is no ONE, it takes a whole club approach with its many moving parts and intricacies which encompasses dealing with different personalities.
Coz it starts at the top and filters down . Someone has to set the tone . President and CEO , and it flows down from there .
Maybe as a rule of thumb, but not always the case.
The saying, "You can't soar like an eagle if you are surrounded by turkeys" comes to mind.
I agree with Carn though, as a club we are always looking for a head to roll like that is the only issue or only way to feel like we have some hope.
The whole is only as good as the sum of its parts and IMO we are a lot better as a team and club than we were before Voss and Cook.
Time to stop the blame game and look for areas we can improve and build on instead.
