I would love to see Voss call a presser this week and say I'm done , no one can coach this group and I would be better off training monkeys. It's no good for my health my family and my legacy in the Afl .No one can coach this team.
Follow it up with how pathetic the players are except one who is a broken man just like Judd before him and Kouta before that.
Players play 5 or 6 good games and become legends . Recruitment is diabolically and bring players in that are slow with little skills and can't follow basic instructions.

Just once I would like to see a coach say FU Carlton i don't need this.

did anyone else find it weak as piss voss went after binns in the 3 qtr huddle, while the senior players who were all equally as bad, get away unscathed? how does doc avoid scrutiny from voss?

it'll be a good day when voss is gone from our club.

Braithy I think that is pretty unfair..............because

Who knows, if some of it was directed at Binns. Who knows what conversations were had with Binns at 1/4 time and 1/2 time as a lead up. Maybe has been told the same thing many times in the VFL.
The clip of Voss going off last Seconds. In the entire context, who knows whom he directed words toward?
The main gist i saw was 'Just play your F'ing Roll.'
Binns was standing next to Hewett. Maybe it was directed at him. I agree it was probably directed at Binns, but it has to be seen in context.

There are plenty of things to be upset about in this game, and I don't think anyone needs to draw a long bow looking for stuff.

Regards Cazzesman

The only ‘weak’ part of that address was the senior players stepping out of his eyeline.

They’re the masters of self-preservation.

yeah thanks for that. that's what i was trying to say as well. voss seemed to oblige them too, by not taking it up with them.

you know a while ago some posters were reflecting how not as many posters post anymore, from then I've tried to make a commitment to posting a bit more, but the above post shows why the trend to less posts probably occurs.

We all know the views and so now because of opportunity we will read them (again) on every thread and probably seventeen hundred times in each thread- after all, misery loves company...the volume negates the desire of others to post... its like being at kinder and the boy in the corner keeps shouting over and over for a new bucket for the sand pit...we know he wants a new bucket and we'd just wish he'd shut up and let the rest of us play while he waits for his new bucket - we know new buckets depend on things like budget and opportunity and so forth...not on a new bucket just magically appearing out of thin air...patience and all that

get bucket

So essentially its our:
Points for
Shots on goal
Points from turnover
Chain to score that is killing us.

In other words, we're failing to move the ball with intent up the ground to hit targets in the F50 and failing to score when we go in there.
Speed, skill and IQ.
3-4 mature players should fix this.
A couple of them being premiership players in their last years would help for some on-field leadership.

Not a sack the coach, rebuild, blow the club up scenario.
We are in the era of tweaking, not blowing up.
Our list has holes, just like it did at the end of last year.
Hopefully this off season we actually do something about it.

Our mate Kane Corny has suggested Hinkley as a senior coach under Voss to help with some game day strategy.
I wouldn't be opposed to that idea.
He also mention our 1 geared midfield and its limitations.

Where did you get that from Braithy ? they all got a spray . Every single one of them . And Voss didn't miss the skipper either . Fact . If anything , Binns got off lightly compared to his senior teammates .

That Binns set shot alone deserved a spray. Big deal. Welcome to senior football
