If Charlie’s ankle was 100%, I’d start him on the wing every now and then, running forward or give him a stint in the middle.
As it is, he’ll probably start out of the goal square and run in a straight line but he has a good 100 degrees to choose from and can also choose when to go and how deep to lead. And he can play decoy too, leaving Harry, Martin,Owies, Elijah open or one out.
So we have lots of options - I just hope we’re able to leverage them!

Great post 17th. Creating more options with what we have.
Its not like you are asking for changing any of the personnel.
If Harry can drift out like a CHF, then there's no reason why Charlie has to continue to predictably stand like a statue in the goal square with his hand up.
Mix it up Blues. Create a bit of chaos for the opposition. Give the midfield a different look and mess with their opponents heads too.
Its obvious the instruction from Voss to the midfield is to gain territory asap to get ahead of the opposition before they set up their defensive zones. I get it, and it worked in the 4th quarter, but mids are copping it for just powering ahead and giving off the long high ball to our KPFs every quarter.
Everyone knows we have been easy to defend against, and no team can put a good opposition to the slaughter for 4 quarters. So lets mix it up, and see what else Charlie can offer from a different position rather than the same old same old. Against Taller/bigger opponents, Charlie is better with ball on the ground.
