The AFL wouldn’t let us top up! They would make us play with 30 players for the year. They would then protect the banned players by giving them FA status. That’s us compared to others in the AFL world.

Take away the current version of the priority pick.

Bring in a law that each year every club that hasn't made the finals in the last 5 yrs gets an extra pick after the first round.

eg. Carlton #19, GC #20, Brisbane #21, StK #22, etc...

What do you expect from a socialist system?

Go back to the free market system where money talks and brings success. This was Carlton's domain once. We hired and payed for the best of the best and it gave us success like no other club.

Then the AFL went full socialist and Carlton tried to buck the new system and the AFL did what all socialist systems do, they tried to destroy us.

Socialism being what it is, and the history of what it does, every single time, is slowly destroying the entire game. Political correctness has no place in sport. I wish the AFL could learn that.

But once socialistic parasites sneaks their greedy narcissistic claws into anything, you only have to sit back and watch them destroy whatever they takeover.

Allocation of a priority pick end of 1st Rd is part of the AFL discretionary assistance scheme.
I read on another forum that CFC won 25 games over 5 years no certain, I wonder whether we're eligible ?
