Just a question for the interstate members on here (particularly those WA-based) - If I purchase an interstate membership this year, what are my chances of:
a) Getting myself a ticket to a Carlton match at Subiaco Oval; and
b) Also getting a ticket for my wife to come along with me when she's not a member (she vaguely supports Drug Cheats FC

)
Can only speak from an SA point of view, but I assume it would be much the same.
Interstate supporters are allocated 2 bays and you'll receive a letter explaining how to get first crack at tickets. Your membership entitles you to "free" entry, but you'll still have to pay a reserved seat excess. Think it was something like $17 per tickets last time.
For this reason (and the fact the Blues aren't coming here this year

), it's actually better value for me - even as an SA based member - to buy the 3 home game $95 membership over the interstate $143 membership. I still get first access to finals tickets as well as all the other membership entitlements but that's another story for another time......
From memory each adult member was entitled to buy up to 2 tickets, but of course check with the club. We received the letter around 4 - 6 weeks before the game and tickets go quick.
Once the allocated bays are filled there are no other members tickets. You have to try your luck in the public sale. The interstate membership doesn't guarantee you a seat.
