In general play. He chooses the easy way out just to get rid of the ball. No thoughts around his decision, just get ball, get rid of ball. Puts his team mates under the pump.
He is vanilla, nothing outstanding about him at all.
In his younger years he had good fitness, got the ball. Even with minimal efficiency, it was a strength.
Now with his body breaking down, poor disposal, he is not an asset to the team.
We can't play him, Curnow, McLean, Bell and Cripps in the same team. Can't see what he offers in my opinion.
for what its worth i agree with u...
carazzo has learnt to play within his limitations and thats bad for everybody else in the team
though he isnt lazy in working off field and he has gotten the most out of himself.
the crazy thing is hes one of the front liners at this club... and that means we just havent progressed.
hes been overatken by another rookie selected footballer in ed curnow. who i believe to be a much more advanced model of andrew.
should never have had one more season to go of afl football.
the fact he has been one of our shining lights says it all ...
2 things stand out for me about carrazzo.
he has got the last drop out of himself in the environment and he bleeds carlton
but he never would have done this at any of the bigger clubs. case in point.. delisted by geelong
had a chat with wells about him when we got carrazzo
he said
"really good kid who tries hard... we have so many other midfielders ahead of him...he will be good for carlton"
i think that said alot more about us.. than about carrazzo
