why would u give us definitive information about what asada have on Essendon**
for starters asada dont need to prove Essendon** took them.. they need to show that there was intent
and why would asada hand out show cause letters when they have nothing?
thats just the asada stuff im calling u on. because you cant know that asada have nothing on them
because we know they have texts.. invoices.. and written consent forms
Not read every post on this.
But, how embarrassing would ASADA look if they drag it out all of this time and announce that we have no evidence, case closed.
EFC* got sanctioned last year, because of guilt. AFL thought by sanctioning the club, ASADA might disappear. So there is already an admission of guilt of taking banned substances, otherwise the players would never be sanctioned. They have consent forms authorizing these injections with the vitamins / minerals listed. If any of these ingredients were listed as illegal or if they have medical tests done that prove they have illegal substances in the system, then they are in a bit of trouble.
From memory, Lance Armstrong had to prove he was innocent, even though no official drug test found him guilty, but there were a couple questionable ones. He was guilty through basically testimonials, no other evidence. We don't know what was said in these interviews with the players, if they have enough evidence to assume they are guilty, then they will hand out show cause letters to players, which means the players need justify, explain, or prove they were innocent in court from my understanding. How can the players defend themselves if that happens? only Dank can provide documents of what they took and if he doesn't assist, they are all stuffed.
At the end of the day l think the AFL has the final say on penalties, so in the end it will be a lot of hot air and nothing will happen.
