Synbad, I must ask you the question.
Do you actually support Carlton?
I have read your posts for a few years now and can't remember a single, positive quote.
Depends how you define support Carlton?
Waving my flag at stupidity and insipid mediocrity that has been us for over a decade?
Is that what you mean???
Well i dotn support that....
Do i support Carlton???YES! absolutey yes... so i dont wish to see it be a lazy joke of a club .. its painful.
I dont do the blind USA !!! USA!! USA!!! patrotism approach to Carlton.
Oh and i dont buy memberships anymore... cos i dont like my money getting squandered by Bozos.
I can tackle that question a hundred different ways... and in some ways i dont support it and in other ways i do.
It all depends on the different perceptions you and i have a bout what support means.
But dont pretend you care about the club more than i do....

I am hardly a fundamentalist.
The club has been a frustration for too long.
However there has only been one round played in the 2013 season. One round of The MM tenure and it is impossible to read doom and gloom into what has been seen thus far.
Let's just give the club some cudos for some of the changes of late:
- New coach with a proven track record.
- A game plan. I honestly struggle to see what Ratts was trying to do, as it seemed aimless.
- An improved training/ preseason structure. Signs of which were shown in the second half last week.
- a contemporary marketing and communications campaign, which will increase our revenue over time
- intention to go to the MCG after a decade of the Colonial Stadium
There is something's to reward about the Carlton approach in 2013.
I hope you agree.
I agree... but im not sure why youre fingerpointing me a bout Mick.. im not the biggest fan.... but he is definitely an upgrade on the previous guy.
There is nothing special in the contemporary marketing and communications... the word contemporary is so generic and doesnt actually mean anything apart from non archaic...but contemporary in what context?... contemporary copared to the New York Jets and Manchester United ... contemporary compared to Collingwood... or contemporary in the regard we are not doing what we were doing till 3 months ago when everyone else was already ahead of us by 4 or 5 years???
Where do we sit overall??
Our strategy for raising revenue sits in the lap of benefactors still...
the intention to go to the G might be ok... but maybe its StKildas intention also... and the Dogs ...North and everyone else....
Not too sure what amazing visionary came up with that idea....
Hardly the kind of stuff by a 13 man board that encourages fanbois to spew forward.
Wheres our membership at?
How have we treated the playing list?
Whats the clubs decisionmaking like???
Sponsorships ?
Embracement of supporters?
Leadership off and on the ground??
