I think it is VERY dangerous to invest a huge % of the TPP in so few players.
Judd has proven to be pretty safe because he has played most games.
Cloke is durable, that's for sure so maybe we could count on most games from him as well.
But we thought Kouta was Superman.
I remain firmly planted in the Casboult/Mitchell/McArthy/Rowe camp. Surely one of those or maybe even two will prove worth developing and keeping happy.
Cloke is awesome on his day. He had one three games ago and that's my whole point.
I agree one of them will eventually end up being quality but the club is convinced for us to win a flag it is next year or the year after.
I don't think any of the above will have developed to the level we need within that period.
Casbolt may well be some chance but Mitchell looks a few years away
I think Casboult looks the most likely and I think if he can lay 22 games next year he will be a monster. Mitchell proved in his one game he can mix it but we know he hasn't played much footy over a long time.
Rowe we just know nothing about yet and McArthy still hasn't convinced the coaching panel which end of the ground they should playi him. But as I said, one or maybe two would be worth the investment in time. If the commitytee thinks we have to win it in the next two years or else, we are in deep shite because Hawthorn will be hard to beat for a couple more years and clubs like Richmod, Freo, Adelaide and Sydney all have their windows open. I think Collingwood will drop off, especially of they lose Cloke. Dawes is no replacement.
