Put a line through Russell, AJ, Bower.
Get games into Watson, Lucas, Bootsma, Buckley, Dale and possibly Casboult, Kerr, Mitchell, ROK & McCarthy.
Develop a back 6 to serve for the 6-10 years consisting of Jamo, Watson, Laidler, Duigan, Yarran, Bootsma, Collins. Development.
Judd to play as a pure outside player floating between defence and attack.
Gibbs to play as a pure running link midfielder. Needs to develop ala Stanton type.
Betts, Garlett to play more midfield.
Development of an inside group of midfielders Ellard, Robinson, Touhy, Carrazzo.
Henderson to play as a permanent CHF.
Walker to play deep forward.
Only play 1 or 2 ruckman per game.
Work on more contested ball game plan.
Psychologist, I actually agree pretty much 100% on what you wrote except for Collins being part of the backline - he is more of a winger/hf, not sure I'd trust him to play tight on a man, and it might stifle his natural flair. Play Armfield as a pure winger, has speed to burn. Where do Davies and White sit by the way? (2 players I always forget are on our list). Should also include McInnes in that group of kids that need a lookin. Also, is McLean part of that inside mid group or not? Curnow?
The twisted thing is you can go through your post line for line and say Ratts is doing the exact opposite, has known about it for some time, still shows a reluctance to make major changes and there's every chance he'll be stuck in his stubborn ways for the rest of the year.
