This is the craziest season eva!1!11!
Ok wait.. forget about win loss.
What can we take out of the 4 games we played in so far.????
We've got game time into Bower for the first time in nearly two seasons.
Seen more of Collins, and whether or not he can take Walker's role if we move him into the midfield.
Trialled Hampson up forward, with different set plays...we've tried him as a lead out forward and as a decoy forward.
Got a better look at Curnow and McLean, seems we have a real decision on our hands there for round one.
Unearthed a real player in Frazer Dale.
Gave Casboult and Rowe a go to see if they can play a role with Warnock out early on.
Given Lucas the game time he perhaps should have got last year.
So far so good re the return of Walker, Judd, Duigan, Waite after interrupted pre-seasons.
Been mindful of the workload on Murphy, Gibbs, Scotland, Simpson, Kreuzer. Taken a careful approach with Jamison and Robinson.
I could go on....but clearly you're incapable of being proven wrong on anything, ever. Compare this to last year when Jamison got rubbed out a week before the Tigers game and we were completely unprepared for who would take Riewoldt, no solid back up plan - White, Watson, Thornton, Bower, etc.....nearly won the game off his own boot for them.
Quite happy with what's happened so far. Laidler is a massive blow, but you can't prepare for that whatsoever.
