There are a lots of ways to look at the win in a negative way.
Dont rate Hammers game much as Brogan is finished. He should have thrashed him.
port are an average team coming off a game in Darwin. I would have been disapointed had we not run all over them in the end.
What i am saying is we have improved and the reasons why.
Judd should be rested. He is clearly hampered by his injury. Our midfield has got enough depth to cope without him against another very ordinary team such as the Lions.
And it would give Golden boy Gibbsy to have a go in the guts.
Of course my mate cazzeman will come on here and say that the club knows more than me.
or will come up with another sensational picture to show off his infotech skills.
Just balancing the view on this site with great pleasure
Judd needs a rest. With our easy draw for now perfect time to rest the champ.
I know many don't like what you have to say keogh, but I appreciate your opinion, and I think you do bring some balance to our view on the current crop. Doesn't really matter if you are right or wrong, but it does make this site a better place.
It would be great if Synbad was still posting, and I'm glad you haven't let your detractors get the better of you, because if you and SB joined the Synbad exodus, TC would have something missing: balance. I'm not saying you are right, but you have the right to express your views as long as its not slanderous.
Speaking of slanderous, I do cop a fair bit of criticism from posters because Bondi means Sydney to them and therefore in their mind I'm either you and they give me heaps for my negativity till someone reminds them I'm not Keogh, or I'm called a Setanta basher (when that is so far from the truth), because they think I'm Sydney Blue...and then someone reminds them of the mistaken identity. I've copped it from your detractors and others, and I tell you, none of them show any shame: they are happy to dish crap out but they wont apologise when they are wrong. Funny site.
That doesn't bother me, because it's more of a reflection of them.
I don't let Mr Cloudy get me down. I trust you don't either.
Keep it up, and what you provide is Food for Thought especially to blokes like me who who cop criticism because I have rose coloured flasses.... when I'm not criticised for being keogh or SB. You make TC a better place.
Nothing wrong with your suggestion to put Gibbs in the guts. I have really enjoyed watching him this year because he really has improved the physical side of his game and does beat his opponents. I reckon we would have won by 10 goals if Judd didn't play against Port, maybe more. I think the same will happen if he doesn't play against the Lions too. It will create a sense of urgency and the players would pull together just as they did last year when he was miossing in the first 3 rounds (that Bumbers performance was utter crap, no one could have saved us).
If Judd is carrying an injury, like Buzzaaah said

I just find it hard to believe that a foot injury isn't hampered by running 7-12k during a game where you are putting ?2-3 times your body weight in force through every step, twisting and carrying an opposition player on your back.
