Did you join before Christmas? The scarves were only for members who joined prior to Christmas, if you did and didnt receive a scarf you should contact the club.

my son and I both got our packs in the mail mid last week - very very happy with everything this year.........until both caps broke on the first day of wearing them at the back where the non-adjustable side wasn't actually stitched into the fabric - it was held on with 1 thread. Pretty disapointing from a quality point of view.

I received neither a cap or a voucher to get one from the club/marquee on gameday, whereas the two girls got their vouchers.

it looks like I have been ripped off from getting a poorly made cap - bugger!!

Where do we stand in comparison to other teams...is it true we are way behind even Richmond at this stage???

We are lagging behind many clubs. As far as Richmonds numbers it can be a bit deceiving as they include non match access members in their figures. Last year we were also behind them and they made a big song and dance about reaching 40,000 members only to to have the number downgraded by the AFL to around 37,000. So dont worry about Richmond at this stage.
