Identify the experience around Voss, Scott & Hardwick.
I have a few minutes... let me do it for you.
Voss:

Senior Coach – Michael Voss
High Performance Manager – Daniel Collins
Assistant Coaches – Adrian Fletcher, Jade Rawlings
Head of Development – Craig McRae
Leadership & Development Coach – Manny Lynch
Position / Development Coach – Beau McDonald
Last season they had Brittain, who had been coaching Zillmere for 4 seasons before Voss plucked him out of the wilderness. Out of that current mob, Adrian Fletcher is the only one who can claim to anything close to a wealth of experience, while Rawlings is recognised as talented.
Scott:

Scott
Darren Crocker
Shane Watson
Brett Allison
Jon Haines
Jason Lappin
John Lamont
Crocker has experience at Richmond & North, which speaks for itself really.
Allison was a development coach at Sydney, a club quite famous for not really developing its youth.
Lamont is another with a couple of years experience with the Roos.
Not much chop.
Hardwick:
http://www.richmondfc.com.au/staff%20me ... fault.aspxQuote:
Head of Development - Tim Livingstone
Player Development Manager - Lauren Cooper
Senior Coach - Damien Hardwick
Assistant Coach - Wayne Campbell
Assistant Coach - Brendon Lade
Assistant Coach - Justin Leppitsch
Assistant Coach - Danny Daly
Opposition and List Analyst - Blair Hartley
Development coach, Coburg Coach - David Newett
Development coach - Tim Clarke
Campbell is a favourite son, as is Lade (who has virtually zero coaching experience) and Leppo is barely into the caper after being a favourite son at another club.
Daly worked under Laidley, originally coming from a broking background.
Hartley is Port's old recruitment manager; possibly an astute purchase if list analysis is his strength.
Newett was one of many coaches removed from North Melbourne as recommended by the board & football department at the end of last year. Speaks volumes.
Then there's our mob:
http://www.carltonfc.com.au/staff/tabid ... fault.aspxQuote:
Senior Coach
Brett Ratten
Assistant Coaches
Mark Riley
Matthew Lappin
Brett Montgomery
Robert Harvey
Craig Bradley (part-time)
Development & Academy Manager
Darren Harris
Development Coaches
David Teague (Northern Bullants)
Mathew Capuano
Opposition Coach
Brett Munro
Riley was well regarded at Melbourne and only left after being told he'd gotten as far as he was going to get at Melbourne (who pays a pittance). Montgomery was at Port, Harris at West Coast, clubs with histories of being successful in recent years.
Harvey & Bradley have two of the longest AFL resumes you will ever see; playing through and surviving in multiple eras of football gives them a huge insight into the sport; unique in fact.
I think we stack up pretty well, but if you're going to be a pain, I have the pages for Freo & Essendon* if you need other examples.
