Back on the game!

That was very hard to watch. Nothing more I hate than getting done by the Filth.
The issue is is that what happens when you have such a young side. You get inconsistency.
A couple of points:
1. You ever recruited McLean should have their position questioned. I have friends at Melbourne who couldn't believe what they got for him. They said he was so slow that he wouldnt last another year in the game and it had gone past him. Hard to argue with them after what I have seen this year. Surely Grigg, Hadley, Robbo or even Ellard would be better?
2. Though Sauce did some good stuff and was great around the stoppages and gave Judd an armchair ride.
3. Kruezer - I know he is our best ruckman but we look better as a side with him up forward.
4. Henderson needs to go back for a while and get some confidence. Looks shot at the moment.
5. White after struggling down back went fwd and looked okay kicked a goal and then went straight back to defence. Why?
6. Missed the run of Walker badly. Looked good when Armfield ran the lines.
7. Lucas will be a star. Indictment on others that this kid stands out already.
8. Judd, Simmo, Murphy and Gibbs are genuine stars and with them as the basis we will eventually overtake C'wood.
9. Houlihan - showed why he polarises people. Looks great in space but if he has to tag or shut down someone lacks pace and mental toughness.
10. We will beat St Kilda next week.
You mentioned similar in Pros and Cons about Houla.
Do you really believe that Heath Shaw beat Houla? That he had a day out?
Houla had a heavy tag on Shaw all day. I thought he did his job.
All the other stuff, I agree.
Especially disappointed in McLean and that disappointment started for me in the NAB game in Sydney; his first game in our jumper.
Mates of mine who are long suffering Demons supporters said the same Psych; too slow.
FFS Hadley had a better preseason than McLean and has been left on the outer; helps to have 2 ex coaches looking after you.
Ther point being McLean does not do enough for those who love his blocks and pushes and shepherds; imo, he doesn't do enough of that either.
Wasn't as impressed with Sauce as some others have stated were. I did see a couple of brilliant taps to Judd. I prefer Warnock, and I terribly miss Hampson and Kreuzer 2009 combo.
