For those who didn't see it, in Malthouse's post-match press conference he was giving Hampson alot of praise...I doubt he'll be dropped.
Would love to see Casboult come in though, Cachia get a full game and Menzel to be the sub.
I don't think Menzel is ready and especially for a must-win game against the Saints.
Would love Cachia to stay in (drop Ellard if Carrazzo is fit), and bring in Casboult for Waite.
Agree that Hammer wont be dropped.
In regards to Hampson, if Kreuzer comes back one of Hamspon or Warnock will be dropped. Who is it? You can't play them all even if we say "they can't be dropped". They certainly can be unfortunate as that may be. No ifs or buts there. 3 ruckmen is a proven recipe for disaster. None of them are key forwards bumholes. We've learnt that painfully. i have no wish "learn" it again.

Unfortunately Hammer just isn’t up to it as a key forward – I have tried to see it differently for a long time, but it is in front of our eyes. I wouldn’t put great credence on marks Hammer took on the wing when the game was over.
Unfortunately neither Kreuze nor Sir Bobbie cut it as key forwards either. All of us Carlton supporters long for it to be different in regards to Kreuz, often referencing a Port Adelaide game 3-4 years ago but I can’t see it.
If Waite wasn’t suspended then the Levi for Hammer decision would be no brainer.
Waite’s suspension may complicate things, as having both Levi and Hammer in the same team might render us slow.
Hopefully (and it seems to be another big ‘if’ based on reading of NB reports) Mitchell can come on and have run later this year at forming some sort of partnership with Levi up front.
