So thats what they mean when they talk about football wilderness....

Wow we hadn't appeared in a Grand Final since 99, and copped one wooden spoon, and had a year or two of financial trouble .. AAAARGH it was a horrible and tortuous half decade in the football wilderness. Glad its over

Imagine being in real long harsh painful wilderness like St Kilda, Geelong, Bulldogs, Colingwood ,the poor Fitzroy and even Richmond - Nope - not for me

Our wilderness was a bit like Frontierland at a theme park compared to what these teams go through year after year.

Imagine having false hope and expectation and seeing someone-else walk away with the silverwear time after time. Actually I don't feel sorry for them - its their own fault that they don't barrack for carlton.

Anyway - I didn't particularly like frontierland at all. I prefer Tomorrowland wher you get nice shiny trophies at the end

I liked Frontierland until last year when I heard a guy died on the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
Probably not a Carlton supporter though.

Good work darknavy, yes, it's great to be back. Can't wait for this Saturday when we get the chance at our first 4 premiership points for 2005.
