Implemented in the last month or so a fundamental restructure of the business -new senior coach /CEO /assistant coaches and new board members

Im glad he did the review early imagine if it only started at the end of the season

Let’s see who he fills these positions with but it is the restructure we needed to have in my view

Agree 100%.

Sayers is really impressing me. I have hoped beyond hope we would implement a real and transparent process to appoint the new coach - tick. Assertive action to make necessary changes to the board double tick.

Onwards and upwards

Definitely loving his action plan! , people would be hating walking into his office , then opens up his leather bounded folder , and he says to them , close the door please !!

We finally have a president who is willing to make the hard calls to straighten us up - offield.
Onfield will follow. I can’t remember the last time I was so proud of our president, actually yes I can.....

If the Pyke rumour is true, the media will have some serious egg on their faces.

Nobody in the media was across today.

Don Pyke, is my option, a new dynamic, he'll do very well with a fresh challenge doing what he loves, forget media persona not important, Don's footy IQ, mentoring and application of well grounded footy basics are excellent.

Apart from them conceding 200 less points, scoring 670 more points and winning 7 more games for the year, we're almost identical

Yeah, I reckon they'll do a backflip with a double Pyke.

Teague will never make a prelim final as a senior coach, let alone guide a team to 11 consecutive finals series as senior coach

Sakc yourself

Yes he would - probably one of the better options but no training camps.
