Sayers is really impressing me. I have hoped beyond hope we would implement a real and transparent process to appoint the new coach - tick. Assertive action to make necessary changes to the board double tick.

We finally have a president who is willing to make the hard calls to straighten us up - offield.

Don Pyke, is my option, a new dynamic, he'll do very well with a fresh challenge doing what he loves, forget media persona not important, Don's footy IQ, mentoring and application of well grounded footy basics are excellent.

Teague will never make a prelim final as a senior coach, let alone guide a team to 11 consecutive finals series as senior coach
