Amos is one I really felt for. How the @#$%&! was anyone supposed to set up defensive structures with that level of bullshit further up the ground???

Amos is a loss.

How is Bruce unsackable?

THE most stagnant, basic, easily defended set up going around. Completely lifeless across half forward… Harry has won the Coleman in spite of him.

Take your pick. Nearest he pin.

I'm going with Healy simply because he is a good mate of Diesel.

Regards Cazzesman

Hopefully not Cousins :yikes:

Hmm, looking backwards from before current day players:
Sam Mitchell - conflict
Judd - Disinterested
Ablett - he does have some divine connections :-)
Adam Cooney - err, just no
Bartel - Conflict
Goodes - Not an AFL fan ATM
Cousins - I think he is on retainer at the Bombers
Buckley - Actually possible but I would think too conflicted at this point
Ricciuto - Conflict
Black - Possible
Aker - seems pretty smart but not exactly the cultural glue we might need
Woewodin - No
Crawford - Possible, I guess
Harvey - Conflict
Hird - Conflict (due to deep, ongoing hatred)
Voss - Conflicted
Paul Kelly - recording his latest album?
Williams - Got him, yesss!
Wanganeen - nope
Wynd...
Ok I'm going to skip down...

Gerard Healy - maybe?
Blighty - I reckon too left field thinker

TBH, I can only see a handful of possibles amongst the list of former Brownlow winners:
Healy, Blighty, Simon Black, Crawford....
Anyone else?

Are we talking about the same Aker?

Geez, I’d hoped we’d get an ex-AFL coach and someone with more contemporary football experience than Williams & Healy on the coaching selection panel (eg. Neil Craig, Paul Roos, Gary Ayres).

I've been very positive about Sayers but if we put together a Dads Army coaching panel, I'll be extremely pissed.
