Nice one, Ghost.

You know, whoever decides the content on the Blues Club Corner on Sport 927 should give serious consideration to a fireside chat segment.

SFX:
Comforting, crackling fireplace

Danny leans close to mike, nice and intimate. Then he talks. And talks. And talks.

It'd sure beat the shit out of Ian Coutt's mum's cousin's lamington recipes.

Jesus don't let me near a microphone you'll never shut me up!

I had a thing with this girl once, she was a singer in a band (ob la di ob la da)

but the problem was whenever I started testig the mike (I was a damn cute roadie in my younger days) I'll start these monologues and well.... needless to say it was either her or the mike - I chose the mike ('cept it was hers so I lost out on both counts).

Awesome dannyboy, has to rank as one of your best efforts yet. Good to see the re-signing of Denis is inspiring the common man and not just the players.

:D

For a moment there I thought JohnM was talking about Mike from Mike&Dan fame. ....was about to suggest some Barry White as part of the background music.
