(given St.K v GWS, Port v Coll - that should give a team a reason to try hard v Brisbane, yeah?)

We need to win all three games with big wins in the next 2. Do that and
We need StKilda and Collingwood to lose both. You never know but I can’t see GC beating Collingwood.

just FYI:
GWS have only beaten Adelaide in Adelaide ONCE.
Collingwood have NEVER EVER beaten the Gold Coast at the Gabba on a Monday.

Besides Coll have only beaten them twice Anywhere in Qld.

I think the only way Carlton make finals is if a club or several clubs get caught breaking COVID/isolation/hubbing rules is a major way and have points deducted. That seems to be the only way Carlton can make recent finals (see Ess*)!

Get what you are saying, but don't you think that tone is a bit accepting of mediocrity? I mean we have lost 3 of our last 5 and have lost the last 2, hardly anything to be upbeat about.
