Human. Ask Tiger.

And the apologists continue to apologise

They are representatives of Carlton Football Club, and they should behave with the professionalism that that honour demands.

If we still had Fev, he'd have been with them, probably pissing up a wall or something. On second thoughts, he wouldn't have been there...he's been banned from the venue because a few months ago he behaved there like an imbecillic flower.

It is believed Houlihan consumed 1 lemon ruski and 2 watermelon vodka cruisers in the hours leading up to the incident where he removed his skirt prior to emerging from the lift.

This article gives more detail on the circumstances behind the incident.

The club should come down hard on them and announce their punishment or we risk losing some of the ground we made trading Fevola.

Houlihan 6 weeks and Andy 3 game suspension.

We have so many young boys we just drafted who can cover Hoops/Walker, why they would do this is beyond me.

Houlihan is frigin 28, when is he going to grow up?

That's right ask Tiger. Ask Tiger how his life has been ruined, how he no longer has an image worthy of sponsoring, ask Tiger the next time he's playing on the PGA tour?

You don't need to be a rocket scientist to act like an adult.

Ask Gilette about Tiger. They just dropped him like a hot spud.
Ask Rolex about Tiger. They just dropped him like a hot spud.

Ask Hyundai about these two. They wouldn't be too happy. It was DUMB. We don't need this rubbish when we are trying to get a sponsor to maybe replace Malaysian Tourism, who haven't renewed their deal as yet as far as I know.

Like it or not, footballers are perceived as role models by many and even if that is unfair, they are still soft targets and easily identified with the club. This is only slightly less culpable than the NRL player, Nate Myles, wandering the halls of a hotel late at night in his underwear last year. At least Houla didn't leave a turd in the hallway otherwise it would have been the same. IIR, the NRL banned Myles for six matches.

Houlihan is probably in his last year and should be worried about whether or not he is needed in the scheme of things at all and although I think he is in our best 22 ATM, he should cop a hefty suspension. Plus a fine.
Walker has been nursed along by the club for years without giving much back, albeit through no fault of his own and owes Carlton Football Club plenty. He is also in our best 22 when fit but should cop a lesser penalty if the article in the Age is to be believed, whereby he was not the instigator.
With Yarran and company hitting their straps in the near future, we could do worse than set an example of these two as we finally had to do with Fev. Had we smacked Fev earlier and harder, he might still be on the list today.

Is it just me or does the Age article say that it has already been dealt with by the club?

Anyone else hear of any other Carlton players in trouble over the weekend? Get it all on the table now I say!

Both papers claim that the club has dealt with the matter as they didn't want to wait for the boys to get back from their break.

Poor form by both players, particularly Hot Lips.

Very dissapointing...
Still, this incident is pretty mild compared to the drunken antics Fev would get upto...

I actually thought that these types of incidents would be non existent at our club after the stance they took with Fev. Both boys have priors so it will be interesting to see what happens at the end of the season.

We have to win at least 2 of the first 3 matches - before Judd comes back.
I hope they don't suspend these two players for the home and away (if they are still considered in our best 22).

By the time the season begins, without Judd, we will be left with a few Bullant players the way it is going. Maybe Teague will have to pull on the jumper again.

Driving offences.
- Lost his licence (not by getting his wallet stolen)
- Caught driving whilst disqualified.
