I loved reading the other day that "they" are now saying that walking is only of some benefit if you walk quickly.......so for

years the "comfortable walk for 30 minutes a day" mantra is now apparently wrong.

Yep.....jogging is bad for the knees and joints unless you're jogging on a giving surface such as grass......so....what's left?
