I just hope we back it up and release a CFC cookbook

.....and every player can have a page with their pic, wearing an apron and their own recipe

The "CAN YOU SMELL WHAT THE BLUES ARE COOKING" cookbook RRP $29.95

Hope Juddy gets his balls moving with a nice recipe for oven baked buns

Anyone else remember Campo's Cookbook, or whatever it was called; that was on the CFC website a few years ago?

I Love it. Brilliant marketing following up from last years successful slogan.

Love the brashness about it. And the link to The Rock & the way he delivers his cocky "If you smell what the rock is cooking" is cool. And I'm a 40yo who's not into WWF. Sure we have to now back it up on the park, but that's not the marketing departments job. They've done their job - The football world is now sittiing up & taking notice. Over to you now football department.

It doesn't matter what the filth or scum think about our slogan.

who farted ?

don't like it, loved 2009's slogan
BUT, I'm member in 2009 and will be in 2010 and will still hate Essendon* and Collingwood and support Carlton no matter what the slogan is.

Roasting Fev and inviting Maguire in to provide the garnish. It smells rotten at this stage but many a decent meal has started in that fashion.

I really hope we didn't pay anyone to come up with that...terrible.

Please stop this "try hard marketing"
Just because its discussed for umpteen pages doesn't mean its done its job
It's a cheap and embarrasing slogan irrespective of the number of people posting about it
I don't remember the Geelong or the StKilda slogan but I do remember they played out a classic grandfinal

Nothing wrong with the slogan per se, however, I think that they have picked the wrong sense. Surely it should be "taste" instead of "smell". You taste success, the bitter taste of defeat, we had a taste of it last year, we gave them a taste of what is to come. You do not smell success, nor did we give them a whiff of whats to come.

Yes..and that line worked rather well for the Travelling Wilburys in 'Handle me with care' didn't it?
