Sad news indeed...thoughts with his family including the Gauci family who are well known in racing circles. Clen had quite a bit of Carlton and Fitzroy memorabilia which he kept at home, with family and close friends - I've seen some of it first hand and it was in great condition. Great man who will be missed by Carlton and Fitzroy people alike.

I never met Clen but i know his Grandson very well & we always talk about his first 6 kicks in the VFL, he also told me the Lions called him 2 days ago to get his approval on their press release after his passing!

We've managed through the article to source 3 pictures of Kevin Clarke, too; one from FullPointsFooty (thanks), one from the 1959 Carlton Annual Report and one from the West perth Football Club.
