Best of luck Stevo...

Any news on his payments???

As I said earlier; Stevo and the Club have come to an amicable agreement suiting both parties.

Warby, you didn't answer the question, to put in your terms, did it suit both parties to payout our financial commitments as part of 2009 total player payments or 2010 total player payments?

If you don't know or can't say then just say that.

OMG!.......it's been reported in all of the Media that Stevo retired after agreeing on an injury payout on the last year of a $400,000 Contract.

"Manager Justin Reid said last night that Stevens is happy with the payout, which had been delayed because of an AFL ruling"

I hope that's the end of it now....... :banghead:

So it counts towards the 2009 salary cap? That is the question, which you still haven't answered directly.

Stevo's time was definitely up, IMO.

The most positive memory I have of Stevo was the intensity and effort he displayed in the 'farewell to Visy Park' game.. Absolutely busted a gut for the club that day.

I wonder if Warby's going to sit and remove all the images of Stevo from his computer.

Was on 'AA this afternoon. Spoke very well, and with passion about the CFC. Spoke about his injury and the aspects that people didn't know about it, and the media beat up ( and Supporters too ) re his weight gain. By the sounds of it he's a lucky boy he can still walk.

Spoke a little about Port, and thanked their supporters and the club for his time there, and did likewise for Carlton too.

A good interview http://www.fiveaa.com.au/site/podcasts.aspx may find a podcast there.

Farewell Stevo
