IF true...

Montgomery - no previous coaching experience
(Riley - experience at Claremont (some success, no Premierships), Fremantle (no success) and Melbourne (no success))
Is anyone else concerned by this?
You're selling Riley a bit short there Siegfried. Riley has an excellent track record as a development coach and from memory, coached the WAFL under 18s to an Australian championships a few years back. I had the pleasure of listening to him present a session at the AFCA coaches conference a few years ago and he was brilliant. Don't let the relaxed/ocker perception fool you, like Neale Daniher, Riley is an excellent student of the game and relates to people very well.
I also rate Montgomery and Teague has impressed me as well. Teagues approach is exceptional. He is instructive, positive and exposes the players to multiple game styles which fast tracks their development.
As for the others, meh. From what I've heard of Kouta, as I've stated elsewhere he'll add little value IMO. Ratts needs to get out of his comfort zone and challenge himself with new ideas and external influences. Recruiting mates indicates a lack of self confidence.
