I spoke to Aaron Joseph last night at Eve nightclub and asked him if he'd be getting the no.7. He just laughed it off and said he didn't know. He was there with army and murph was there too. They were all well behaved.

Jamo was quoted last year as saying that he wanted to keep no. 40 because it reminded him of where he had come from (rookie).
No. 7 has a bit of a curse on it since Ratts wore it. Justin Davies changed from his no. 13 and got injured and retired/delisted young. Then Bentick took it on changing his number and he too got injured and is now delisted.
