Scott, things aren't as happy as they used to be down here at the unemployment office. Joblessness is no longer just for Philosophy majors - useful people are starting to feel the pinch.

At the very least, I would hope that a comprehensive review of our coaching positions is undertaken. The club needs to make sure that it has the assistants it can have supporting Ratts. This will be especially important now for our forward setup.

I don't want 2010 to be a learning curve year for the coaches. The players - fine. The forward coach - no. If Lappin is the best and has structures all ready to implement in the post-Fev world, then excellent. More power too him. If not, then Carlton should make sure we get someone who does.
