Sorry got no knob jokes, but I am glad to finally have some good news for the Blues this week!

Love the passion the man plays with, hope he can keep his body right.

Go Setanta! (not the way SB wants you to go)

He'll be looking forward to running back towards goal without fear of "friendly" fire ruining his season

Well according to Robert Walls he has a higher conversion rate (inside 50s to goals) than Fevola.

Continues to improve in all aspects of his game. Well done

Pretty sure they did...you didn't see Underbelly?

As for Setanta - well, I reckon the luck of the Irish might have rubbed off on him if he got a 2 year deal, but the positive is that he doesn't take a great chunk out of the salary cap and is still improving. An incident free, injury free pre-season and he could be a big sleeper in your 2010 fantasy team!

Took some big steps in his development, in a year that looked like his last after 'that' incident.

Well done to the big irishman.

Good news, especially with the possibility of losing Fev...

The Irishman offers us great versatility, and is a perfect fit for the modern game with his dash and mobility......

Very pleased with this news. Strong body with better skills than people give him credit.

Well done Irish!!

In the post Fev era ..... I actually like the idea of playing Santy out of the square this year. he could play a role very similar to Mooney I think.

Great news, I just hope he can get that blood clot problem sorted. Certainly can play a role up forward in our new forward line structure.
