Great work from the great man. Very very pleased with his growth this year and glad I was on board the JR train right from the beginning.

I'm a bit surprised Thornton finished so low though. Thought he had a very good year.

It was only ever going to be the Juddster...He'll be even harder to catch with a bit of protection next season via Mclean.

Russell's last 6 or 7 games saw him nearly poll the most votes! Wow!

How about this for an amazing stat...........From Round 12 onwards (including the final) ........Russell out polled Juddy!!!!!

WOW! I think this result is a combination of the fact that he had a great finish to the year and the MC obviously rate the job he does for the team!!!!

Houlihan was actually equal 10th with Joseph.. not sure why they didn't recognise that on the final tallyboard.
[Edit: Checked Joseph's scores, should actually be on 202 not 201 as shown on final tallyboard.]
[Edit: Added players who played senior footy but did not poll]

Big props to JR. Never in doubt young fella.

Senior player next year. The bar is higher again so up you go.

Strange that Hadley struggled to get a game. Polled 113 in his 11 games and finished 16th. If he played another 11 he might have been well into top 10. Hope we don't lose him.

For those who continually disparage Russell and his role in the side, it looks like he fulfills it to the MC's satisfaction.

Well done to Juddy, Murph and Gibbsy!!

Where's Synbad the sailor with his harsh appraisal of JR now? Or his constant bagging of Ratts for showing faith in him? Are you going to come out and tell us how wrong you were Synbad?

Every time Fevola's name was mentioned or he was featured in a video highlight, people cheered last night. 1500 people attended last night so the room created a lot of noise.

People power (in the room anyway) suggest we will keep him at the club. Club officals of course may have other ideas...

Anyway, got a pic with my 3 fav players - Chris Judd (sweet), Marc Murphy (yum) and Bryce Gibbs (getting quite yum). Avoided standing anywhere near Rebecca Twiggley. Her arm is as big as my entire body. I bet she did not have one bite of the chocolate dessert.

Great effort from Carrots considering that he only played 14 games this year, coming back from a fractured arm and a broken finger. The MC obviously value his performances.

So what players who played a game did not manage a vote?

I can think of Walker, Jacobs, Yarran and Hartlett.

Any more?
