Yeah - I wondered that too.

Reference from the senior coach?

How the hell would the panel know what any particular assistant coach at any particular club does either good or bad?

It's awarded for smallest ratio of "yeah-nah"s in quarter time interviews with the likes of Tim Watson, Ricky Olarenshaw, etc.

That's about their only face to the public (and hence, the panel).

Well done Bomber. Every occasion that I've heard Riley talk re: Carlton he has his head screwed on and he comes across really well. Very pleased that he's at the CFC.
