If we don't win at least two of our first four games we have little chance of making the finals.

Missing Judd will be a huge price to pay. I will wait until round 4 to determine where i think Carlton will end up.

I'm going to wait til the end of the season. Just to be on the safe side.

Par = 5-6
Birdie = Prelim final
Eagle = Grand Final

Having said that, ladder positions may not tell the true picture.
What I really expect is clear improvement, strong gameplan, 100% intensity and attack (both with and without the ball).
If that happens, we should finish higher than 7th.

Conversely, we may finish higher despite no improvement - depending on the performance of other clubs. I will not be happy with that, except for the benefit of more finals experience....

2010 with Fev - finals again, top 4 maybe but around 5-7th again.

2010 without Fev - 10th - 14th.. Soul searching year. Would have to improve defensive side of game and learn to play like the swans because kicking under 10 goals a game won't get you far.

With Fev - Possible top 4.

Without Fev - 5th to 8th. Still more than good enough to make the finals. Its not as simple as negative 90 goals, its not like no one is capable of kicking a goal in his absence.
