smarter play would have been to plead guilty to reckless conduct and take one week.

Yep, i used to sit near him in the cheer squad. But , according to Ms Wilson it was Judd who taught him all about dildos.

Are you saying it was really you?

do you????

a carlton player ????....

or an ex carlton player...

and i know the identity of 2 current stkilda players who were the subject of an ongoing police investigation... :donk:

Garth...ur sitting on one flag in the last century and a bit which you won against the filth (experts at losing flags) by one point from the ugliest kick of all time...whose got problems? You were saying?

I was saying that your white haired boy has a problem. Manners on an opposition forum prevents me from saying any more about the guy, but I'm sure you can work it out for yourself. :smoking:

But he's only one of a couple of problem children out your way. The guy with the dildo fixation should see the same shrink.[/quote]

One flag in over a century dude via a fluke...massive problems....massive!!!

Do you reckon Twigley is in to the pressure point action?

Good lord, I hope so...

Seriously though, with Juddy being right into the whole 'body is a temple' thing and probably getting chatty with a whole host of members from the pilates/yoga/accupressure/psyllium husk crowd, she'd be getting some maaaaaad action. I bet they've got a swing in the apartment.... and probably a machine.

Judd is GOD.

Did the club even consider the impact of Judd missing 3 games early next year on the m'ship drive? We are still a very dumb club in some ways. Most won't like this but Essendon* is a smarter club than us right now....and will be up the top before us.

They couldn't take the one week because it wasn't on offer, it was the 2 weeks. From my understanding that is why they took it to the tribunal to have it down graded to reckless and reduce the weeks on offer.

Well I am with Doc Sherrin and Synners,

this is rank amateurism by the club. The talk of an appeal this morning is absolute nonsense. The damage has been done, and all we've done is put under further scrutiny the reputation of our best (and largely) cleanest player. A big 'well done' to all concerned. Don't compound it further with an appeal.

The media are full of hyperbole about "saint" this and "saint" that. Apparently you have to be a saint out on the football field too. Well off to the convent for you, Juddy.

He made a mistake, he regrets it and hopefully will learn from it.
Move on. It was a costly mistake, but unlike people in the media -mistakes are made by footballers.

Still doesn't change the fact that he is pushed and kicked and held on to and scragged every time he goes near the ball. Same as Ablett. I don't understand why the umpires don't pick up more of these incidents and release the pressure that must be applied on these two players.

What a fluff up!!

I am very dissapointed in Judd, I watched on Saturday waiting for the champ to step up, get a clearance, drill it down Fev's throat and stand up. Instead I watched as a bloke on one leg, and a bloke with a broken eye socket show what leadership is, and watched our Navy blues lose an almost unloseable final!

I am also dissapointed that our captain touched, felt, whatever he did to another players face? I hear all this talk of he did not gouge, agreed, but what was his intention, did he think Michael needed to moisturise? And then his comments at the airport, yeah way to difuse the situation, lets talk about pressure points. Yeah i am sure a media driven town like melbourne with it's 678,000 journo's wont grab hold of those comments? Don't we employ a communications manager? Perhaps someone should have said, hey Juddy you have only had 30 minutes sleep, don't do any media!

Most of all I am dissapointed that our captain, the engine room of a developing midfield will be missing for three weeks. Two is better than three, however stupidity will cost Carlton the opportunity to start the season at full strength, who knows in a years time, we may finish 5th, or 7th, or 10th, and look back and go hell, wish we won those first three games.

Guess that kind of sums up the club at times, stupidity, arrogance and the expectation that it will happen. Not these days, the 80's and 90's are over. Work your but off over summer boys, go and play hard, then come back and work hard, harder than ever!!

Ablett, Mathews, Carey and Plugger all had a bit of mongrel about them. None were clean when it came down to winning.

Judd is just starting to really get his mongrel on. I forgive him for this misjudgement knowing you can rarely have one without the other.

Who cares if his rep with those who dont matter is tarnished.

JUDD IS GOD !

Isn't it amazing that Monga breaks a guy's eye socket while playing the man and comes out smelling of roses, while Judd touches a blokes face, who, to my knowledge did not spend any time in hospital (but I could be wrong) and cocks like Carro are hanging Judd up by the testies :screwy: .

Having said that, the club have handled it very badly. A simple 'no comment' at the airport would've done the job.

As much as I hate the fact that we challenged and have lost Judd for 3 weeks, I am more concerned at supporters thinking that this means an automatic 0-3 start to the season. If we are this reliant on him then we really haven't come along very far as a club at all.

  What he said.

A 5 second brain fade and some want to drop him like a hot spud. Who here hasn't had one of those.......put up your hand.

And some 'holier-than-thou' want to hang him out to dry like he is the Yorkshire Ripper. Give the guy a break.

Lets look at the facts. No-one got hurt except possibly Juddy's reputation. He didn't gouge an eye. He touched a guy's face with minimal force. He shouldn't have done it, but he did. That's it, nothing more to see here, move along.

Some here are continually force fed what to believe and what to think by the media and you eat it up like free chocolate.........You believe every 'shocking' announcement and every paragraph printed by media hacks looking for the next 'big' byline. And Ron Barassi............he sure was an angel all those year ago.

So Juddy is human afterall. Wow fancy that. Sadly there is no red 'S' under his footy jumper. Sure it's disappointing for all concened but get over it and get off his back.

I for 1 am just thankful he is our Juddy from here on in and come round 4 next year, he will again be leading from the front as always.

Regards Cazzesman
