The club probably asked Judd what he wanted to do and he feels shamed so he said he would like to appeal and they just stood by the champ.

Judd never appealed, he decided to take to matter to the tribunal who are the same people who laid the charge in the first place.

He can now appeal and take the matter further to a different panel, which should be the case now.

Next time Juddy, just punch him in the mouth and you will get off.

They have no evidence of eye gouging - all they have is Judd's hand on someones face, how many times does this happen a game?

Can't suspend someone on what it 'looks like' they may have done.

Graham Bond on 3AW who is a tribunal expert said there is a separate charge for eye gouging and that Judd was done for misconduct.
