I'm more devo that I started smashing beers once we were up by 30......

Now I've wasted some good beers and will have a mild headache in the morning with nothing to show for it......... :banghead:

It wasn't the coaching - with only a handful of guy's that have actually played in a final, we were up... then got stage fright, and a team that was built around guy's that have won numerous GF's ran over us.

Season's over - get over it - we played finals - we will win finals next year because of this! :smile:

Our young boys will learn from this.

Not only am I shattered but my wife who doesn't give a rats about football, watched the last ten minutes with me and said she felt sad at the end - at least one good thing to come out of the night, my wife finally had an emotional reaction to Carlton.

Doesn't help much right now.

Cloke kicked the first. Then they got the clearance and we won the ball back and chipped around half back. My point if we keep scoring we win

We made finals because of one reason only... our top 5 players are stars and they carry us all week every week.

This loss will hurt the club, we dont have the coaching staff or personal around the club to help our boys recover from this

Geez I was looking forward to next week at the 5 min mark of the last quarter ... doesn't it also suck that that was the first time we have lost this year leading at three quarter time.

When it matterred we came up short ... massive preseason and learn from the mistakes ... get rid of the deadwood ... and recruit well ... do that and snag top 4 next year!
