I am not the guy with the stop watch at the club but I do hear that he is the fastest across 30 meters. If that is true, I think that is amazing.

If all our players worked harder than Hammer (on the gorund) we would be a very good side. When I say work hard I mean, get to a contest, block the opposition, run, chase and harass. Most of these things you don't see in the stats but I have noticed for many weeks now.

He is one fit unit. Think I have a man crush. :oops: DELICIOUS!!!

I have seen a definite improvement in his tap work, he executed some brilliant taps into the laps of Judd and co during last friday nights game and with continued development and understanding between him and the midfielders I think we have genuine ruck weapon on our hands. Massive improver this year.

Like to see the current numbers from some of those draft camp tests comparing Hammer with Natanui ... while NickNat has more footy under his belt, in raw athletic ability I'd have Hammer ahead. Certainly quicker and more agile.

Potential is a dirty word but the upside in Hammer is insane. Continue on his developement path and he could be dominating this competition in a way Sandilands and Cox could only dream about.

I'd say a lot of the kudo's should also be directed at Capuano for Hammer's improvement this year.

Has come of age in the second half of this season.

After watching the struggles of Pendergast, De Luca, McLaren, Cloke, Ackland & co, Hammer is a sight for sore eyes.
