x 1

In fact x 17. It happens week in week out (generally gets one token free kick per game). Judd is the most heavily tagged player in the AFL. I was certain that Daisy had mounted him at one stage in the 3rd quarter.

This is a blight on our game. Something I thought the master umpires man Gieschen was going to fix (just like he fixed Richmonds premiership drought!)

a strong presidnet wouldnt stand for alot of things that are going on around the club.....

.. unless he is up to his neck in them and he aint really presidential material...

The second umpire should hang outside the packs and clearly watch if/when Judd is held to prevent him running at the ball during a ruck contest. If they pay just 2 or 3 of these a game then they will hold onto him less. They paid a couple in the Sydney game.

Is it time to promote Sauce? drop Hampson?.... not sure as I haven't seen enough of Sauce recently...but it is something to consider too.

Oh we're from Tiger LAND!

WOOOT! Sucked in Essenscum! :)

This weekend has done more for the Blues than the loss did against us.

C'mon Crows complete our weekend!

Yep and the Crows are doing it easily against Port.

11 wins and a strong % might be enough to play finals this year.

Agree, Austin played a solid game IMO ... need to keep getting games into him. Have him before CJ any day, at least u know what you'll get.

We're missing a lead up forward presenting to the rebounding player (Wiggo or Setanta to come in) and a quick player to lock it in 50 (Robbo or Garlett).

Don't believe Scotland deserves to be dropped. Those in front of him didn't work hard enough into space ... he shouldn't be taking the blame for the Pies game. He's one of the few that can break the lines and deliver from half back.

Ratts: 3 things I'd like to see this week -
1. looking for an option up the ground first rather than sideways even if it is riskier
2. players given the licence to take on the opposition with run and carry at the risk of getting caught
3. defending the centre corridor and not letting the opposition drag us wide and use it as their private autobahn

Yeah, but the sad thing is we're relying on others ...

We were lucky this weekend. Got thrashed and still retained our spot. A relatively good weekend considering the loss.

Well done Tigers! Well done Crows! And also a big thank you to the Cats for the one point win! Would have been very bad for us if the Hawks got up. They are hitting some form...

Is that the Presidents fault also ???

Dont blame injures for Hampson half his problems are above the shoulders. He is an athlete not a footballer. Give me Jacobs any day of the week at least his taps might go to a Carlton player

Looks like it might be Adam Simpson's last game on Friday night as he is planning to announcement his immediate retirement today.

If he's announcing his immediate retirement, won't that mean he just played his last, and Friday will be the "See ya later" match?

Regardless, we should demolish North. They are in rapid (one might even say deliberate) decline, and combined with a redoubled effort after last Friday's pissweak effort, should play in our favour.

No bloody hell, his last game will be against us. You know what that means, the old shinboner spirit. They will be fired up, and we better be ready.

Why or Why

North was one of four Clubs to have a record winning streak over us at the start of the year:

We've ended one, and it would be good to add another.
