Voss declared himself unavailable so we gave the job to Ratten...
Therefore we rated Voss ahead of Ratten ...
Ratten has done nothing in 2 years to show that he will be anything special ...
now Buckley is available, and Buckley by most experts estimations was at least on a par with Voss, if not rated above him, before he began coaching the Lions...
ERGO we need to say goodbye to Ratts and get Buckley - we will never have this chance again.

GET BUCKLEY - he would jump at the Carlton job over North or Richmond.

Well mrs ratten...youve had your fun lately...having a go at us are you mrs ratten???... protecting the hubby are you????.... ..but here are my reasons again...

my reasons..
1)we know how hard it is this coaching caper to find one that can coach.. % are pretty low to have a good one..
2)hasnt coached anywhere
3)had the job handed to him on a plate by mates.
4)side undrilled after 2 years,.,
5) cant kick.... players have genuine skill flaws .. even judd and gibbs..
6) not enough kids have improved - its just been organic improvement... our lesser players struggle even our good ones struggle.
7) confusion on the part
too static
9) mrs ratten.... im getting onto nine... how many bad starts have we had... suggests whatever he says to them before they go out onto the park is having a nagative effect... (probably cos his tactics and mindset is one of negativity) mrs ratten....and the tactics and preparation which has been laid in place during the week.. mrs.. ratten... are usually that negative and flawed ...

One trick pony coaches will contrinue to cling onto a gameplan that revolves around 2 blokes.

Beat them both and you beat us more often than not ....

But there are 22 players out there....alot dont have any real roles when you watch them...unless thyre playing ruck .. key position or a tag...

Take away Fev and tell me how high we'd be. Relying on 1 player to kick goals isnt/doesnt work.
