I Know we all hate the bombers but if you try not to let our "love" of carlton get in the road i actually think they are onto something.
If you break it down and look at things they have drafted really well in the last few years.

firstly there backline A number of key backs to choose from in Hooker Pears Daniher Hurley and not to mention flecther. Do we have this much depth there? No i dont belive we have our only decent key backs are Jamison and maybe Thornton. who else though Bower is overated IMO needs heaps of improvement.

Small backs: they have slattery dempsey and guys like winderlich mcveigh welsh and co who canall go back and play ther hell even ricky dyson has played back this year and looked ok for them. and us well we have Grigg Bently Joseph? Gibbs could play there but they are hardly going to win us a flag that backline so i thin ess have us covered in the backiline.

Midfield. well our midfield is totally awesome we know that but there is underated they have some good players there and i think this is why they keep beating us because we dont respect there mids and they turn up and roll us every time.

Fwds; they Definately have us covered here for this year and beyond even if lloyd and lucas go they still have younger guys in gumbleton and neagle and the likes of hooker and danhier are swing men they can go fwd also. Davey monfries mcphee another even ryder and hille can push down there. Speaking of ryder he can go fwd back and in the ruck seriously who do we have that can do that?

Now lots of you will not like this post but it is true they have us covered at the moment and are definately closer to a flag than we are so i think that alot of us should stopp floggin off over how good we think we are and get used to the fact we are still a fair bit away from premiership

Seriously, you guys have to be kidding. The facts are you guys have a good list up to about player 10, from there you fall away dramatically and are nowhere near the premiership you think you are. The bombers have had an unbelievable amount of injuries for the last 3 years and this year in particular and we still managed to beat you early on with a lot of our best side missing, you guys have a soft draw as opposed to ours and thats why you are on equal wins. You say we rely on our older players to win games, but the fact is most them have missed big chunks of the season. The fact the you are all so preoccupied with us shows that you know we are further advanced than you, even with all your number 1 draft picks. And that fact drives you all crazy
